The Verbeke Foundation is a private art site opened on 1 June 2007 by art collectors Geert Verbeke and Carla Verbeke-Lens. 

For almost 16 years, the foundation has been a place where art and nature meet and where a different way is offered to present and experience art, far from the codes of institutional museums. 

Like the foundation itself, the collection and exhibitions bring together a wide variety of works: collages and assemblages, photo installations, BioArt, Land art, industrial heritage.
