The International Study Group offers a series of thought-provoking talks throughout the year on a wide variety of subjects covering the arts, sciences and contemporary issues of importance to society.
We provide a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests to meet, have a cup of coffee and get to know each other before the start of the program. The talks are always in English but our audience is a truly international, multi-lingual group of people. We currently meet at the Château St. Anne in Auderghem usually on the second Monday of the month. We find and invite experts in their field to share their knowledge and point of view with us. There is then a question and answer session where members of the audience have the chance to query or offer further comment on what has been said.
For a flavour of the subjects covered, see our past talks section.
We also organize occasional visits to exhibitions or other places of interest and hold a monthly Lunch Club where members discover each other’s neighbourhood restaurants. Members also receive ISG’s monthly Newsletter.
